At FB County Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is scanned to begin the processing period.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
